Serving children with specific diagnoses such as learning disability, developmental delay, dyspraxia, language disorders, articulation/phonological disorders, coordination disorder, autism, oral motor deficits, hearing impairment and auditory processing disorders.
Services provided:
Evaluation, Individual treatment, parent consultation, home program design. School services including student observation, staff consultation, independent evaluations, IEP review and development.
Speech/Language Therapy treatment to include the following:
Articulation/Phonological intervention, phonological awareness training, dyspraxia therapy, oral motor programs, implementation of picture communication devices/boards/schedules, language therapy including programs such as Visualizing and Verbalizing techniques and Project Read. Therapy geared to the developmental level of the child with on going home consultation and education. Home activities provided on a regular basis.
